Uplift Prayer Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy informs you of Sivoh, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your information and personal data, and the choices you have associated with that data, when you use our services, including our various Uplift Prayer websites, Uplift Prayer mobile applications, SMS, APIs, email notifications, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services, and any software provided on or in connection with the Uplift Prayer services (collectively, the "Services").

We use your data to provide and improve the Services. By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Your first and last name, profile picture, account creation date, and certain Usage Data are listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. You can hide your profile within your User Account settings section of the Services. When you hide your profile, your first and last name, profile picture, account creation date, and certain Usage Data are not listed publicly on your profile page.

We may use your Personal Data to allow other users to send you messages within the Services or to your email address. You can opt out of receiving any or all of these communications within your Messaging Preferences settings section of the Services.

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us using the contact information below.

We may use your Personal Data to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.

You may also provide us with additional information as a result of communications between you and Sivoh, Inc., for example when you contact us.

Public Information: Our Services are primarily designed to help you share information with the world. Most of the information you provide us is information you are asking us to make public. Public Information includes the prayers and comments you post; information contained in or associated with the information you provide (e.g., photo location information, file creation date and author information, and other metadata); the lists you create; the keywords you use; the people you follow ("Connections") or that follow you ("Followers"); the groups you create, join, or participate in; the prayers and keywords you mark as favorites; the number of users who clicked on a particular link (even if only one did); and many other bits of information that result from your use of the Services. Our default is almost always to make the information you provide public for as long as you do not delete it from the Services. Your public information is broadly and instantly disseminated. For instance, your first and last name, username, profile picture, account creation date, certain Usage Data, prayers, comments, and other information may be searchable by search engines and are immediately delivered by our Services to a wide range of users and services. When you share information or content like photos, videos, text, keywords, and links via the Services, you should think carefully about what you are making public.

Usage Data: Usage Data is summary or statistical information that results from your use of the Services. Usage Data includes information about when you use the services, how often you use the Services, and what you do while using the Services. Examples of Usage Data include, but are not limited to, the number and type of posts you share, the number of people you follow or that follow you, the number of groups you participate in, the keyword(s) you use most, and other compiled data related to your use of the Services.

Log Data: Log Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Services or from the Services infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit), and may include information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Services or when you access the Services by or through a mobile device.

This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Services with a mobile device, this Log Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Location Data: We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so ("Location Data"). We use this data to provide features of our Services, to improve and customize our Services.

You can enable or disable location services when you use our Services at any time by way of your device settings.

Tracking Cookies Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and we hold certain information.

  • To monitor the usage of our Services

  • To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Sivoh, Inc. legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Sivoh, Inc. may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to perform a contract with you
  • You have given us permission to do so
  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights
  • For payment processing purposes
  • To comply with the law

Retention of Data

Disclosure of Data

Business Transaction

If Sivoh, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

Service Providers

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Our Services may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Services does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us using the contact information below. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our processing of your personal data and will always be at https://www.upliftprayer.com/privacy. If we make a change to this Privacy Policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will try to notify you via a service notification or email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
