Uplift Prayer Rules

We want Uplift Prayer to be a safe and enjoyable experience, but we cannot guarantee it. To help keep our Services running smoothly, we have some common-sense rules that place restrictions on allowable user content and conduct. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these rules:

You may not use our Services in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, federal or international law, order or regulation.

Additionally, you MAY NOT use Uplift Prayer or any of our Services to:

• harm, endanger, or exploit children in any way, such as by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise;

• post content that is:

• blasphemous;
• hateful, threatening, or incites violence;
• sexually explicit, pornographic, contains nudity, or requests such information;
• vulgar, profane, offensive, or obscene;
• racially, ethnically, religiously, or sexually offensive or biased;
• defamatory or libelous;
• bullying, intimidating, harassing, humiliating, abusive, or harmful;
• invasive of personal privacy;

• post information or content that reveals private, personal, or confidential information about any other person. For example, veiling gossip with prayer, such as using prayer to expose sensitive information about someone else without their prior consent or knowledge;

• post information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships, or that infringes any third party's Intellectual Property Rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other personal or proprietary rights;

• post unauthorized commercial communications or solicitation (such as spam);

• engage in unauthorized marketing activity, including multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes;

• publicize, promote, or offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes;

• offer political opinion or discuss/debate partisan politics, such as advocating or opposing a political party, candidate, platform, issue, or ballot;

• collect users' content or information, including personally-identifiable information, or otherwise access Uplift Prayer or any of our Services, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission;

• impersonate or falsely represent any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

• solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else;

• upload viruses or other malicious code;

• engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Uplift Prayer or any of our Services, such as a denial of service attack or interference with any Services functionality;

• discuss, facilitate, encourage, or engage in anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, discriminatory, or that violates these rules or our policies.
